I began my career in the Real Estate industry back in 1987. I have worked for a number of companies that have ranged from smaller independent firms as well as the large national brands. I first took and passed the Limited Practice Officers exam in 1988. At that time I was currently working for Pacific Northwest Title Company. Through a number of their corporate based insurance issues that were outside of my control, I wasn't able to utilize my licensing.
I again took and passed the Limited Practice Officers exams in 1998 and became a Washington State licensed Limited Practice Officer. Next, in 1999 I successfully took and passed the licensing exams and became licensed by the Washington State Bar as a Designated Escrow Officer.
My next hurdle was in the year 2000 when I satisfied all of the rigorous licensing requirements and obtained licensure with the State of Washington for NorthWest Escrow Services Corporation.
From the inception of NorthWest Escrow Services Corporation I have worked hard to provide the highest level of integrity and quality in our business practices both with our clients as well as our employees.
NorthWest Escrow Services Corporation recently underwent another thorough and deeply investigative audit performed by the Department of Financial Institutions. The outcome of this audit was that we earned one of their highest ratings.
